If you are over 16 weeks pregnant then you are welcome to attend my regular live classes on a Tuesday.

Pregnancy classes are open to all expectant mothers (including beginners) after week 16.
Maintain fitness, ease aches and pains, learn suitable postures and practice essential breathing techniques for pregnancy, birthing and beyond.
